The Bungalows
The five independent living spaces are nestled around the 25 meter-long swimming pool. While there are common areas on the main covered porch and rooftop terrace, each bungalow has a private patio. The five self-contained units can be rented together, in part or separately. They are fully furnished and equipped with housekeeping six days a week, weekly change of sheets and towels, wifi, bottled water and pool towels included in the rent.
All the bungalows are on ground level and no stairs are required. The Primavera, Villa del Sol and Aguacate bungalows are particularly suited for those with limited mobility .
The Bungalows

Aguacate Casita
A towering Mandimbo tree has replaced the original avocado but the name remains for the bungalow nestled in the northwest corner of the property. It has a roomy, well-equipped kitchen / dining room that opens south to the living room that in turn opens to the main bedroom. In the other direction is the bathroom. Its spacious patio is graced with morning sun. The bedroom can be made up with a king-size bed or two twin beds and a single bed complements the living room’s loveseat and arm chair. The bathroom is equipped with walk-in show and grab bar. The patio has two chaise lounges, dining table with 4 chairs complements the 600 sq. feet interior.

Aguacate Casita

Bird of Paradise
At the northeast end of the property, the Bird of Paradise bungalow’s long poolside patio is framed by a native plumeria tree and tall organ cacti. There’s a two seat dining nook in the compact yet well-equipped kitchen adjacent to a spacious open living room / dining room that in turn opens to the patio. The bedroom is spacious by any standards with a single step down to the bathroom and the rest of the bungalow. The bedroom can be made with a king-size bed or two twin beds and a single bed complements the living room’s sofa and arm chair. The bathroom has a tub with integrated shower and grab bar. The patio with two chaise lounges, dining table with 4 chairs complements the 650 sq. feet interior.

Bougainvillea
With morning light, the Bougainvillea Bungalow is a perfect one bedroom living space, fully furnished with a king-size bed or two twin beds in its spacious bedroom. It has a cozy den / dining nook and galley-style kitchen that opens on to the poolside patio furnished with two chaise lounges and table with chairs. This bungalow is suitable for one or two people.

Bougainvillea
With morning light, the Bougainvillea Bungalow is a one bedroom, fully equipped bungalow with a king-size bed or two twin beds in its spacious bedroom. It has a cozy den / sitting room and galley-style kitchen that opens on to a poolside patio furnished with two chaise lounges and table with chairs. This bungalow is suitable for one or two people.

Villa del Sol
The Villa del Sol at the south end of the pool enjoys a large covered patio and is perfect for a single person, couple or small family needing a proper second bedroom. Big glass doors open from the open-plan kitchen/dining nook/sitting area to the patio with views of the mountains. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed or 2 two twin beds which leads to the bathroom or sitting/dining area. The quiet den also doubles as a 2nd bedroom with a single sofa bed, ceiling fan & skylight. It is accessed through the bathroom. The bedroom is set back from the street by a garden and porch. The heavy double-paned windows, floor and ceiling fans block out most urban noise.

Villa del Sol
The Villa del Sol at the south end of the pool enjoys a large covered patio and is perfect for a single person, couple or family needing a proper second bedroom. Primavera Villa
The north-facing Primavera Villa was the owner’s former elegant living space. Heavy sliding doors separate the bedroom, with a kingsize bed or two twin beds, from the living room furnished with a twin bed and a full size sofa day bed. This unit works well for a family with one or two children. Separated from the street by gardens and porch, the heavy double-paned windows, ceiling and floor fans work well to muffle street sounds. The Primavera, along with the Aguacate Casita, has the largest and most complete kitchen. The newly renovated bathroom with hand-painted tile and walk-in shower is a star element of this unit.
Its own poolside patio with table and four chairs plus two chaise lounges is accessed from the large kitchen/dining area all just steps from the entrance to the heated swimming pool. Tall potted plants create visual privacy between the patio spaces of this bungalow and the Villa del Sol. The Primavera and Villa del Sol bungalows plus the Arcoiris Room can be rented together for a group of up to eight people to share one spacious poolside patio or if just one extra bedroom is needed, the Aroiris along can be added to the rental.

Primavera Villa
The north-facing Primavera Villa was the owner’s former elegant living space. Arcoiris Room
The Arcoiris Room only rents in conjunction with the rental of one or more bungalows. It is the perfect complement to add another bedroom and bathroom to the rental. It is situated on the southern patio adjacent to the Villa del Sol bungalow and directly across the patio from the Primavera bungalow. It rents at 50% the cost of a large bungalow. Note: This room does not have its own patio. The guests staying in the Arcoiris should use the patio of the large bungalow it is rented in conjunction with or the rooftop terrace common space.

Arcoiris Room
The Arcoiris Room only rents in conjunction with the rental of one or more bungalows. It is the perfect complement to add another bedroom and bathroom to the rental. It is situated on the southern patio adjacent to the Villa del Sol bungalow and directly across the patio from the Primavera bungalow. It rents at 50% the cost of a large bungalow. Note: This room does not have its own patio. The guests staying in the Arcoiris should use the patio of the large bungalow it is rented in conjunction with or the rooftop terrace common space.
